May Graceffa
Meet May Graceffa, the owner of The Lark.  After countless meetings and spreadsheets, May made the leap from corporate America to opening a wine bar.  Sensing a need for a wine bar in the Ada community she jumped at the opportunity.  Fueled by the idea of creating a warm, welcoming spot where everyone can sip, laugh and connect May worked on making this a reality.  She believes good wine should always be paired with good times with family and friends.  

Broc Crider
Meet Broc Crider, the leading force behind High Road Construction who is doing The Lark’s construction build out.  With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Broc has honed his skills in bringing innovation and designs to life!  His passion for building goes beyond just structures; it’s about crafting spaces that foster connection, joy and memories.  

Greg Kellermeier
Meet Greg Kellermeier, The Lark’s GM and chef extraordinaire!  Greg brings his culinary experience from New York and New Orleans back to his Ada/GR roots.  A key contributor to The Lark’s concept and vision, Greg sensed the Ada communities need for a wine bar and wine store and pursued it.  Greg has built an amazing menu that will fit any occasion you visit us at The Lark.

Coleman Crider
Meet Coleman Douglas!  He is the project manager and founder of Coleman Douglas Designs.  Coleman is the mastermind behind all the beautiful design at The Lark!  From concept to execution, Coleman has been there every step of the way making sure all the little details (and big details) turn out perfectly!
